American Senior Communities offers two Group Medical Insurance plans through Anthem: Standard Plan and Pay Saver Plan.
The prescription drug benefit is offered through True RX and is a component of the Medical plans.
This benefit is available for all employees hired and working in a full-time status (minimum of 30 hours a week). Premium deductions are taken pre-tax.
Deductibles are Aggregate, this means for those with at least 1 dependent, a single individual will not exceed the individual deductible, but the family deductible can be met through a combination of utilizers.
